Notidanodon loozi Shark Tooth extinct cow shark
A gorgeous, extra large notidanidon lower jaw tooth. A fantastic cow shark tooth from the paleocene period. Found in the phosphate mines of khouribgha, morocco. Incredible color and luster. This tooth is complete – all cusps are tact. Please note that this tooth broke upon extraction and was perfectly reattached – very hard to see (no putty or filler). A very difficult species to find; particularly without extensive restoration. It will be difficult to find a nicer example. Please note that the notidanodon loozi is a very difficult to find species in exceptional condition. Because of its large size, most of these teeth are not recovered complete. Thus, the complete specimens offered with no repair below are a rare treat the largest collection of complete notidanodon teeth available – a rare cow shark species.
